Important Note:
Due to demolition of Oasis Beach Hotel, there is a considerable disturbance to guest staying at The Ritz Carlton, Oasis Beach Tower Apartments and Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. All fixtures and fittings have been removed and gradually dismantling each floor of the building individually. Heavy machinery are used to dismantle the
structure of the hotel. This would directly impact the guest staying at Oasis Beach Tower and partially impact the guest staying at The Ritz Carton and Hilton Dubai Jumeirah.

Ramadan is the Muslim festival of fasting and is the most important festival in the Islamic Calendar which is celebrated by Muslims all over the world. The sighting of the crescent moon signals the start of 30 days of fasting during which Muslims don't eat, drink or smoke during the day, eating all their meals before sunrise and after sunset. Non-muslims are obliged to respect this event and also not eat, drink or smoke in public during daylight hours. International hotels in Dubai will therefore serve food and drink restricted designated areas during this time. Restaurants and Caf? Shops outside hotels will be closed during day light hours whilst evening entertainment will be extremely low key with no loud music etc permitted.

152 new luxury units over 6 floors will be developed, including a selection of suites, restaurants as well as pools. The new wing will be constructed adjoining to the
existing 138 rooms at the resort. La Baie, the Spa pool and a part of the landscaped gardens at the resort will be closed
during the expansion period. Preparation works are scheduled to start on 25th April 2010, and the expansion works are due to commence in mid June 2010. For the the next 24 months, the area on which the new project will take shape, will be fenced off.
